Itinerary:

• Transfer from your hotel to Iquitos’ most important tourist attractions, this progressive river town founded on the XIX Century that reached its grandness during the “rubber boom” times.

• See the past prosperous era imposing buildings that have kept their beautiful tiles and iron balconies brought from Europe.

• See the so called “Iron House”, designed by renowned engineer Gustave Eiffel, and learn how it was finally built in Iquitos main square.

• Walk from the main square where Iquitos’ mother church is located to the boulevard with its impressive view of rivers and jungle

• Visit the Regional Museum where you can see the Amazon ethnic exhibition.

• Walk around the Belen Market and its floating town (rainy season, approximately February to July).

• Visit the artisans’ market where you can shop for the colorful handicrafts made with materials found in the forest.

• At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
